TRAILS GUIDE & FRONT OF HOUSE/LODGE ANCHOR COUPLE
Combined Skills Requirements
Previous experience in a 5-star lodge is crucial
Great attention to detail, creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Excellent command of the English language, be trustworthy, dependable, reliable and punctual
Available to work flexible hours, problem solvers who can work under pressure and lead by example
Own Transport
Stable employment history and contactable references
Trails Guide Requirements
Minimum FGASA 1 and Full Trails
Must have experience in hosting guests and basic vehicle maintenance skills
Front of House
Requirements
Good experience in all lodge departments as you will fill HOD roles when they are on leave
Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software e.g. Panstrat or similar
Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration and yearly budget
Have exceptional customer service skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

– ASAP
Remuneration
Trails Guide - up to 12K – DOE - Live in benefits
Front of House - up to 11K - Live in benefits
