Ability to work hands on and seamlessly with +- 30 staff
Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Exceptional customer service skills
Sincere passion for carrying exceptional guest experiences
Keen eye for detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software – Preferably Panstrat or similar
Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration and yearly budget
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Maintain consistent high standards of quality of service
Charismatic personality – "outside of the box thinkers"
Neat and presentable

Daily Game drives and Bush walks
Hosting of guests (Brunch & dinner) – The rangers sits with their guests during meal times.
