"Find your role" A Trade Planning Co-ordinator role with George will provide you with the opportunity to plan and deliver the customer journey across Womenswear instore. You will have a strong understanding of the market and our competitors to ensure we deliver a market leading proposition for our customers. You will work alongside internal Trading teams and Trade Planning team to ensure stores have all the principles, tools, engagement, and communication to deliver the Womenswear strategy.
Your Role Day to day you can expect to be involved in a variety of activities. You will be accountable for end to end retail planning across the Womenswear division. You will set principles and define store layouts to deliver excitement to the customer and support with store engagement and communication, ensuring store teams are well equipped with the tools to deliver your strategy. You will spend time in stores, listening to colleagues and customers, providing feedback and actions into central teams & key stakeholders.
