Trackless Operations Supervisor

RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a proactive and experienced Trackless Operations Supervisor to join our client's team in the Mining Industry. As a Trackless Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day trackless operations and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in the mining industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of trackless operators, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment.Coordinate and schedule trackless operations to meet production targets and maintain equipment availability.Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, identifying and addressing any issues or abnormalities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.Train and mentor trackless operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.Requirements:Supervisor Certificate of Competency.Relevant Blasting Certificate.At least 5 years' experience as a Miner / Shift Supervisor in a trackless mining environment.Proven excellent achievements in Safety, Production and Cost Control.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Relevant qualifications in mining or engineering is preferred but not essential.Benefits:Salary: Negotiable.Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity).Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable).RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
