Toolmaker opportunity for an automotive manufacturing company in the Eastern CapeRequirements: Grade 12 or N3Toolmaker Trade Certificate5-Years post trade experience within a press tool manufacturing environmentDemonstrated working experience on or stainless steel pressing, advantageousKPA: Plan, prepare and verify order documents with respect to completeness, functionality and feasibility based on experiences.Document production material and or equipment; corrects and amends drawings if necessaryInspect received parts and initiates rework or adjustments, if neededSupport the final approval and technical release of the production and test equipmentConduct tests of production materials and or equipmentSetup devices under consideration of operational standardsMaintain equipment, dismantle deficient equipment and check according to nonconformity reportConduct and document repairs.Adjusts maintenance standards after consultation.Plans and coordinates allocated repairs after commissioning by the supervisor
