Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with toolmaker or related trade test qualification essential Working knowledge of press tooling and shop floor experience 6 years production / technical experience in a manufacturing environment / production facility in the Press Shop Dept Knowledge of IATF quality system Able to set, operate and maintain all machines within press shop environment MS Office literate with high energy levels The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: An understanding or involvement of Press tool design as well as the ability to set up new tools and Tool development Fully understand CAD drawings Ability to work in 3D modelling programmes Attend to all tooling and machine breakdowns. Ability to manufacture and repair Press Tools, jigs, and fixtures. Ability to changeover Press tools for different component set ups Ensure sufficient stock for high wearing and high-volume running tools Ordering of machine spares Staff management and training Develop and co-ordinate continuous improvement Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines Salary: R22 000.000 R35 .000.00 per month dependent on experience
