REQUIREMENTSGrade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageousSales Or Marketing Related Qualification [Advantageous]Computer LiteracyMin 5 Years Sales Experience in the Waste IndustryTender Compilation ExperienceStrong Customer Liaison SkillsNegotiation, Planning and Organisational SkillsStrong Knowledge of Sustainable Waste ManagementValid Drivers LicenseDUTIESAssist management with segmenting the market and identifying prospective clientsUse marketing tools to approach prospective clients following a priority agreed with managementAttend industry networking eventsAssociate with industry and other media and follow trends and best practicePrepare quotes to prospects and follow upFollow up and close quotesRegular liaison with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the companys serviceEncourage customer retention and customer loyaltyCapture all required information at key points in the customer life cycleWork closely with all departments to ensure the CRM system works effectively for all aspects of the companyConduct face-to-face visits with all clients, at least once every 3-monthsCommunicate effectively with the management of the companyObtain and follow-up on possible new leads / referrals and quote as requiredProvide feedback to the managers meeting on service ratings from clients monthlyCommunicate effectively with the operations managersEscalate any concerns or queries to the relevant person, if necessaryCreate reports that include percentages / recycling numbers of clients, their feedback from the service ratings and as well as complaints and complimentsCommunicate with staff on site about their wellbeing and provide feedback on staff morale to operations managers and admin managerEnsure that client escalations are implemented on an annual basis or as necessaryCommunicate with operations with regards to annual increases pertaining to costingsMonitor operations in terms of efficiencies and give input to the operations managers and owner where necessaryAssist operations, where possible and within reasonable boundariesMonitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issuesAttend, plan, and support the companys events or other related expos / functionsSalary: R negotiable dependent on experienceJoin us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
