As the Trade Services Manager based at CARTERS Queenstownyou will support the branch manager by overseeing daily operations of the timber yard/bulk stores areaa, despatch and inwards goods. Recognised for driving a high-performance culture, you will manage your team through values-based leadership as you:
Coordinate the efficient flow of products and deliveries - ensuring all orders are promptly picked, assembled, loaded, and delivered efficiently.Coordinate with delivery drivers and subcontractors to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.Oversee stock management.Lead an inspire a team of dedicated individuals, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging growth.About you
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:
