Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, covering machinery purchases, CAPEX items, and laborSource competitive quotes from trusted suppliers and build a reliable network of approved service providersMaintain comprehensive records of inspections, stock control, and procurementEnsure adequate stock levels of necessary equipment and suppliesMinimize equipment downtime through immediate repairsGuide, train, and develop staff in essential maintenance skillsEnsure all equipment is operated safely and securelyImplement a preventive maintenance program that adheres to safety regulations, warranties, and industry best practicesCoordinate with Hotel Managers, the Group Operational Manager, and Department Heads to address maintenance requests quickly, keeping accurate records and providing feedbackPlan, oversee, and execute maintenance schedules for hotel equipment and vehicle fleets across the groupOversee and manage all maintenance operations to ensure the hotel runs smoothly Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in preventative maintenance planning and executionMinimum of 5 years experience in a Facilities or Maintenance Manager roleStrong capabilities in planning, process management, and service deliveryExperience with CAPEX and operational budgetingProficiency in MS OfficePrior experience in hotel or property maintenance is advantageous Qualification:Grade 12- Matric CertificateTertiary qualification in Facilities/Maintenance/Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
