We are committed to developing smart, stylish products that are environmentally sound, high quality, safe, and easy to use, so you can bring the things you care most about.Main Purpose of the Retail Role at Thule Waterfront:Selling products and assisting with customer queries and needs.Thule products range from bike carriers, roof racks, and rooftop cargo carriers to backpacks, luggage, and strollers.Responsibilities:Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members.Selling and fitting of products.Handle customer inquiries and concerns.Fitting roof racks.Ensure prompt turnaround on and feedback to customers.Store administration.Ensure the store is tidy.Work retail hours.Qualifications:Experience in working with quality brands.Store opening is 12 October.Training from 2-4 weeks prior to opening.
