Are you someone who can: Create test plans and test cases for the functionality of a system to prevent errors in the live systemBuild sound relationships based on trust and opennessEngineer and leverage processes and technologies to meet business needsProduce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlinesYou will be an ideal candidate if you have the following: Minimum: Diploma or required certification in testing or programmingPreferred: Degree and/or relevant certification including ISEB/ISTQB Certification; TMap Next Engineer; ISTQB Advanced Analyst3+ Years experiencePreferred: Banking Industry ExperienceKey Responsibilities: Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergiesManage achievement of required execution of service activities captured in the Testing Capacity Model, by receiving and allocating test requirementsAction test plans by unpacking the requirements that include regression testing, system analysis and reviews, and create design steps from test cases, execute system validation plans (and liaise with the business Analysts and technical teams in order to compile test scripts)Comply, understand and implement all steps and methodology within IT development and meet governance in terms of legislative, audit risk and process requirements for the Test Analysis EnvironmentUpgrade existing test scripts to effectively test enhancements and new requirements and execute automated test scriptsYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging WorkingOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough toObsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do itAre you interested to take the step?
