Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Assist with system upgrades, installations, and updates across the companys network. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices. Assist in maintaining cybersecurity measures and responding to potential threats. Collaborate with cross functional teams on various IT related projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Assist in documentation of IT processes and system operations for future reference. Qualifications and Skills: Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and database management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
