THIS IS AN EMPLOYMENT EQUITY APPOINTMENTCANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE SOUTH AFRICAN ID's THAT DENOTES SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENReporting to: Managing DirectorPurpose : Support the growth of the BrandPurpose: To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the institution in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery.
Key Results:Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%)Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%)Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%)To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence (10%)Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students' achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%)Manage performance of Campus staff (5%)Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%)Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)Requirements3 year qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing3 - 5 years' experience in management activities of a small to middle size companyProven track record in growing sales of a businessEE candidate preferred*Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks please consider your application as unsuccessful*
