Minimum requirements:
Skills Required:
MBA and /or PhD in the relevant field will be highly advantageous, and experience in designing, developing, marketing, and selling executive programs and professional services to corporate clients.

Knowledge of:
The educational market specifically deals with organizations and customized programs.
In international and local Executive Education.
A multi-disciplinary individual with a grounding in business leadership.
Proven versatile technology leadership in varying contexts especially in higher education.

Relevant experience in:
Experience in a business school will be an added advantage
Commercially astute and able to achieve and where possible, exceed agreed targets
An excellent relationship builder and account director with a customer-focused character and entrepreneurial flair.
Work experience in other African countries and networks in other countries will be advantageous.
Experience in executive education or an equivalent environment at a senior level.
Significant understanding of adult learning and program design
