Territory Field Sales Manager Inland

To manage a team of regional managers and lead them to develop both their Strikers teams and a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets (Retail channel), Gas Stations (Petroleum channel), Convenience, and Kiosks (Independents channel) accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.
ResponsibilitiesMedium or higher commercial degree5 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCGPrevious successful experience leading field sales teamsLeadership, motivation, and team skillsClear understanding of the Off Premise channelA commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talentStrong analytical and organizational abilityGood working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automationHigh negotiation and interpersonal skillsManagement reporting and budget controlValid driving licenseFluency in English (verbal & written)Travel 40-50%Where You'll Be BasedJohannesburg Gauteng, South Africa
