Internal Sales Consultant

Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Good communications and negotiating skills Good customer service skills Knowledge within the electrical industry is highly preferred Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients or customers of the company Understand the needs of clients and offer solutions that meet those needs Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Drive sales and contribute to the overall growth of the business
