We are seeking a dedicated Tender Sales Manager to drive our growth and manage our tender submissions effectively.
Job Summary:
As a Tender Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities and preparing proposals to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance. Your role will be crucial in securing new business and enhancing our market presence within the security sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management: Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical, sales, and project teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our security solutions.
Client Liaison: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their security needs, gather requirements, and tailor our bids accordingly.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Bid Strategy: Formulate and execute bid strategies that align with our company's objectives and enhance our chances of winning contracts.
Compliance: Ensure all tender documents and submissions comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
Reporting: Track and report on tender activities, outcomes, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Security Management, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in tender management or sales, preferably within the security industry.
Strong knowledge of tendering processes, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software or tools, e.g., CRM systems, MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R13000.00 - R15000.00 per month
