Experience working with Tenders, Bids and related proposals essential.Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiKMinimum RequirementsQualifications And SkillsGrade 12APMP Certification - Association of Proposal Management Professionals5 Years experience in working with TendersAbility to handle pressure and work under strict deadlinesOwn transportDuties:To provide national support for all Tenders, RFQs, RFIs and Vendor Assessment QuestionnairesOnline Tenders via client portalsSubmit competitive and compliant proposalsTo ensure compliance regarding company policy and procedure and overall compliance to the Bid /Tender requirementsEnsure all national company legal documents are up to dateTo ensure that all submissions are prepared and submitted within the time constraints defined by the customer and of the highest qualityProofread and check all tender document / quotes before submissionWork with the Tender Manager in ensuring that bids/proposals are reviewed and approved, as necessaryMonitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status updates as requiredAssist Tender Manager with preparing monthly succession reports for managementBuild professional working relationships with external clients when required to be able to give the information the client requiresThe role also requires reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses in line with deadlinesIn addition to crafting content for bid materials, the position entails aiding in the development of presentation slide decks and all accompanying documentation.
