Our client, a Medical Consumables and Manufacturing company is recruiting Tender Administrators.Role Overview: As a Tender Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the tender process from start to finish, ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and compliant with requirements. You will be responsible for the meticulous coordination of tender documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting, contributing to the overall success of the company's tendering activities.Key Responsibilities:Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process, including completing pre-qualifying questionnaires, securing pricing approvals, and ensuring the timely submission of all tender documentation.Documentation Control: Organize, file, and distribute tender and contract documents to relevant stakeholders while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and procedures.Reporting: Generate and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to support both internal and external customers, providing insights into tendering activities and outcomes.Database Maintenance: Ensure all related databases are consistently updated with accurate information, supporting seamless tender administration and contract management.Stakeholder Reviews: Prepare for and actively participate in periodic performance reviews with AV Management, focusing on tender and contract outcomes.Quotations and Telesales: Manage quotations across all group companies and engage in telesales, diligently following up on tender awards and non-awards.Qualifications and Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Tender Administration or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing tenders and contracts.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; experience with SAP data warehouse and sales reporting platforms is highly desirable.Strong communication skills, with fluency in English essential; proficiency in Afrikaans is a significant advantage.Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of computer literacy, including experience in telesales and administrative tasks.Excellent attention to detail, with strong reporting and analytical skills.National Senior Certificate or Equivalent.Additional Skills:A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Confident and professional communication style.Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 17:00.
