If you consider yourself an all-rounder with a passion for multitasking, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Strong focus on Tender Administration and NHBRC Administrative DutiesEnsure that tender documents are completed and accurate.Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents.Search for relevant tenders on various platforms.Ensure the bid process is followed.Coordinate the collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.Organize and schedule meetings.Demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in language skills, both spoken and written.Adapt to changing tasks and priorities with flexibility.Show consistent reliability and dependability.Utilize problem-solving skills to think critically and resolve issues as they arise.Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work.Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams professionally.Qualifications:Grade 12/MatricPrior experience in administrative roles or similar positions.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1-2 years' experience in tendering or relevant work experienceAbility to work in a team.Proper time management and ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required.Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast paced environmentAdditional informationThis is a Admin Position.Remuneration package: R10 000 – R12 000 Should you be shortlisted for an initial interview you will be required to answer a questionnaire relating to strengths and weaknesses.
