Job Overview The position will be based at Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Manager - Marketing & Communications. Key Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Sales & Service department; Coordinate the process of updating templates, policies and signage when required; Assist with all Corporate Events including Trade Shows, Conferences, Customer Corporate Events, Product Launches and Internal Events; Distribution of Internal Employee Communication; Corporate Promotional Store. Ensuring stock levels are up to date and sufficient customer gifts are in stock; Collaborate with departments to gather stories and input for quarterly employee newsletter; Social Media. Review social media trends, assist with calendar scheduling of content, assist with obtaining and creating of content; Provide support to Transformation department for project handover events. Qualifications/Requirements Grade 12; Qualification in Marketing/communication or related is essential; Proficient in MS Office and SAP; Good business writing and communication skills; Social media management experience; Must be willing to travel where necessary. Additional Information Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision; Event coordinating experience an advantage; Must be a self-starter and able to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
