Job Description:
Our client, a leading payroll outsourcing company, is searching for a highly motivated Payroll Customer Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess a strong aptitude for numbers, and work diligently with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and timely processing of payroll for clientsProfessionally and promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issuesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsMaintain precise and up-to-date payroll records for clientsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to address payroll discrepanciesStay informed about industry changes and updates to payroll laws and regulationsProvide outstanding customer service via phone and email
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detailTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new payroll softwareDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationWillingness to work full-time during US hoursOwn laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps RAMExperience in customer service/reception for 3+ years (Required)Experience with a 20-30 line switchboardMust be available immediately
Working Hours:
This is a remote working opportunity with hours spanning Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM SA time.
