Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.
DescriptionTelesales Clerk(FMCG) - Kraaifontein, Cape Town – Market-Related Salary QualificationsGrade 12
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Excellent telephonic skills
Excellent customer service skills
SAP working knowledge
3+ years' experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment
ExperienceGood mathematical/numeracy skills

ResponsibilitiesCustomer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services,
processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc
