Duties and Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively.Customer Interaction: Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Sales Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals.Qualifications and Skills: Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner.Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively.Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Experience: At least 3 years' experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential.Posted 2024-09-09
