Telemarketing Agents

We are seeking Telemarketing Agents for our client based in Mutual Park, Pinelands, Cape Town, to start immediately.The main purpose of this role is to sell products to prospective customers and ensure that targets and standards are consistently achieved. The successful candidates will be required to work flexible shifts in line with call centre operational hours from Monday to Sunday (including festive operational hours).Duties & ResponsibilitiesOutbound call centre environmentEngage with new and existing customersConduct outbound calls to existing and potential new customersIdentify customers' needsPersuade customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needsInform customers of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant productUse scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefitsResolve any customer and product-related queriesConclude pre-agreements and actual agreementsMeet set sales and QA targetsDesired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 12 months of experience in an outbound call centreGrade 12/Matric qualificationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)Previous telemarketing sales experience is highly advantageousClear disciplinary recordClear ITC and criminal recordPackage & RemunerationBasic Salary: R8,500 per month + CommissionInterested?If interested, please apply directly through Pnet, or email your CV to ******.
