Job Description A telecom sales manager's roles and responsibilities include: Revenue Maximization Driving service mix to optimize revenue.
Market Intelligence Analyzing competitors and staying updated on new product information.
Trade Schemes Implementing trade marketing initiatives and driving promotions.
Team Management Hiring, training, and nurturing the sales team.
Building Customer Relationships Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients.
Identifying Business Opportunities Spotting business opportunities and synergies with customers.
Leading Bids or RFPs Overseeing bids or RFPs to ensure timely submission of proposals for success.
Additional duties include: Developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Requirements Must have knowledge on the below: Honour's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferable within the telecoms industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software (is a plus) Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel as required.
