Overview The Technology Specialist: Microsoft will be responsible for both the planning, designing, build, maintenance and 3rd level support of key Microsoft tools, management of domains, public certificates, and IT management tools, e.g. CrushFTP and PagerDuty.
The Technology Specialist must ensure that all Collaboration and Productivity toolsets are fit for purpose to assist business improve productivity and increase revenue.
The Technology Specialist will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Customer satisfaction and continuously service delivery are key aspects of the role. The Technology Specialist must ensure that our Collaboration and Productivity toolsets and processes complies with ISO 27001 and COBIT controls.

Responsibilities Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform products, services, and policies at a tenant level.Provide maintenance and 3rd level support services on all Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform services to ensure continued availability and performance of the technologies.Troubleshoot and conduct root-cause analysis related to above Microsoft toolsets.Implement and maintain the governance and security model for the Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity tools, example implement O365 labelling, classifications of data and DLP policies.Proactively monitor and report on the Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity services in terms of service availability and reliability.Provide periodic reports on the health, usage, performance, lifecycle status of Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity tools.Stay abreast of Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity toolsets so we enable the latest features and options, example artificial intelligence, etc.Ensure that the Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity tools is secure by implementing Microsoft advisor recommendations and security updates.Implement email hygiene policies, example DMARC, DKIM, SPF etc.Maintain and manage all company IT Domains.Maintain and manage internal and external DNS.Maintain and manage public security certificates and renewals.Develop, maintain, and document technology standards, procedures, user guides, SOP's, instructional documents etc. relating to the Microsoft Collaboration, Productivity and Domain services according to best practice to ensure continuity.Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the functionality of the deployed technologies.Remediate security vulnerabilities identified on the toolsets and platforms.Stay abreast of new development in the IT IndustryPlan and coordinate minor and major upgrades to ensure OEM support.Attend IT conferences in order understand Microsoft Collaboration and Productivity services current versus future trends and roadmaps, key focus on AI and Automation.Make use of scripting and orchestration toolsets to automate day to day IT activities, example use Power Automate for low code development and automation that will benefit the business.Assist with Cloud Engineering provisioning and support in situations where primary infrastructure engineer is on leave.Educate and Train our end users on the various Collaboration and Toolsets that are available to the business so that we improve business productivity.Assist with annual license renewals for supported products.Assist with periodic license review and clean-ups.Ensure least privilege access to all toolset under management of the functional.Assist with internal and external audits, example ISO27001. Qualifications Expert knowledge of Microsoft O365 Tenant Management, inclusive of Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Defender, Intune, Power Platform and SharePoint.Expert knowledge Domain and Public certificates management, e.g. migration and management of custom domains, renewal, and implementation of public certifications, PKI technology.Solid knowledge and skills working with On-Prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task.Ability to work independently.Ability to lead internal and external Technology teams.Ability to manage our vendors, example Microsoft.Preferable bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent certifications with Microsoft Products (O365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory)Minimum 10 year's IT experience.Minimum 5 years of experience related to designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Office365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure Services.Microsoft Certifications in MS Defender, O365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Active Directory.Certification and Azure Active Directory.Experience in Public Certificate Management and Domain Management.Good understanding of ISO 27001.#J-18808-Ljbffr
