Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Systematically Inspect all Drill Rigs Operational on Customer Site.
Submit Comprehensive Report on each Inspection, indicating deviations in:
Bring any failure of tools to the attention of the Site Manager & Product Manager.
Liaise with Product Manager to resolve any customer complaint/claim related to tools used on site.
Attend necessary meetings with customer to identify and plan corrective action where excessive tool use, poor drilling practice, poor machine condition/maintenance, incorrect drill string configuration, incorrect tool application has been reported.
Follow up on execution of recommendations and keep record of such meetings with the customer.
Competences, Skills and Experience:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Extensive product knowledge on U/G product lines in RDT.
Certified Drill Rig Operator (or adequate experience in rock tool application and control).
Knowledge of correct applications of products.
Require medical fitness certificates.
Ability to write detailed and comprehensive reports.
Able to work without supervision and be a team player.
Good communication skills and customer focused and be presentable on all levels.
Computer Literacy.
