Technical Service Manager

Minimum Requirements:
Must have proven experience in a Technical Management role, specifically within the Printing Industry
Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field will be highly advantageous
Must be able to lead a team of up to 8 Technical Support specialists at a time
Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and resolving technical issues
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have contactable references
Must be able to provide pay slips on request

Salary Structure:
Negotiable salary package, based on experience
