The Technical Service Manager will oversee the Field Service Department and contribute to the effective strategy and operational goals of the company.
Role Overview The Technical Service Manager will provide leadership in planning and resource allocation within the Field Service Department.
This individual will have extensive experience in supervisory or management roles and will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with corporate governance.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience Trade Certificate in Auto Electrician, HEM, or Millwright.
6-10 years of relevant working experience in the mining and construction sector.
2 years supervisory/management experience .
Specific Knowledge Requirements SAP (Intermediate).
MS Excel (Intermediate).
Basic knowledge of SEIFSA agreements .
Basic principles of the Labour Relations Act .
