Technical Service Manager (Electrical Services)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:You will have completed a Tertiary qualification in business, operations or be a trade tested Electrician, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in the management of technical/electrical service teams, ideally in a construction/electrical or facilities management.You will have a proven track record in operations planning, preparing estimates, costing of projects and ensuring the highest standards are delivered in terms of customer SLAs.You will have excellent communication skills, be an adept problem solver and be able to expertly manage between 8-10 small electrical teams for maintenance projects across Gauteng, Limpopo and North WestYou will be results driven, a natural people leader, organised, meticulous and have a high stress tolerance, able to thrive under pressure.You will have advanced Excel and MS Projects software proficiencyPreference will be given to candidates who have experience in the electrical contractor or petro-chemical maintenance sectorDue to the level of trust required for this role, you will consent to a criminal and credit check, as well as provide contactable references Due to the exceptionally high volumes of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore, only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
