Technical Sales Representative

Identify new customer opportunities and apply the product range to potential customer requirements. Negotiate and close sales contracts and prepare weekly sales reports. Conduct research into industry developments, both locally and internationally. Manage client relationships effectively.The technical sales representative should have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work. Responsibilities will include establishing customer needs and recommending and demonstrating products. Develop an excellent rapport with existing customers and source new clients. Manage the sales pipeline for all product ranges and keep abreast of industry and product developments.Communicate with clients to determine needs and provide solutions through product and service offerings. Translate engineering diagrams, drawings, and reference images with support from the engineering team to provide product and service solutions to clients.
