North West Negotiable CommercialThis exciting Telesales Executive role will involve setting appointments with potential clients based across the North West. Our client requires a tenacious and driven Telesales Executive to complete this role which will start off as office based, but as time progresses, will develop into a face to face business development role.Our client has a company history stretching back over 80 years in document management. They have the technology and expertise to provide a solution to their client's paper storage and retrieval needs, priding themselves on offering an outstanding level of customer service to all its customers.A family run business is looking to expand by recruiting an additional Telesales Executive to join their business development team, offering excellent training, performance based commission, career progression, and the opportunity to be a pivotal member of the team long term. If you have the desire to do well and work hard in order to succeed then this could be for you.Our client will consider full or part time candidates with hours to suit. Salary dependent on experience.Job Role:To make outbound calls, managing a pipeline of potential business in order to set appointments for the field sales team.Daily Responsibilities:Making outbound calls to prospective clients in order to make appointments for the sales team.Scheduling appointments made in the consultant's diary.Recording all activity & notes on in-house database.Managing pipeline of prospective business with all required follow up activity as required.Attending visits with consultants in order to gain industry knowledge.To work to targets set by line manager in relation to set key performance indicators.Essential Skills & Experience:Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Professional telephone manner.Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.Resilience to handle rejection along with the natural ability to overcome objections.A can-do attitude with the desire to do well.Good working knowledge of MS Office.Previous experience is not essential, just the drive and determination to work hard and do well.
