We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join this dynamic sales team.Job Description:As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and revenue generation. You will combine your technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential clients.Your responsibilities will include:Customer Relationship Building:Identify and target potential clients in the Construction industry.Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their technical features.Articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner to clients.Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.Sales Strategy:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.Solution Consultation:Act as a consultant to clients, offering expert advice on how our products/services can address their challenges.Recommend appropriate solutions and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.Proposal and Contract Management:Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction.Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.Qualifications:Diploma in Civil Engineering.Proven track record in technical sales or a related role.Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products/services.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
