We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join this dynamic sales team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and revenue generation. You will combine your technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Relationship Building: Identify and target potential clients in the Construction industry. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their technical features. Articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations. Solution Consultation: Act as a consultant to clients, offering expert advice on how our products/services can address their challenges. Recommend appropriate solutions and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs. Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven track record in technical sales or a related role. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products/services. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
