Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to oversee the assembly and distribution center, focusing on sales, customer liaison, and key account management. The role includes managing supplier relationships, production assembly, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Required Qualifications Matric + relevant tertiary education5 years in Logistics, Sales, or Key Account Management5 years in Management, Finance, or HRE-Commerce and Mechanical AptitudeISO 9001/IATF 16949 experienceAutomotive or Truck & Bus Seating experience is a plusKey Responsibilities Manage the assembly and distribution center, including sales, customer liaison, order processing, and supplier managementAchieve sales, production, and delivery goals while adhering to approved budgetsOversee financial performance within budget constraintsLead and mentor staff, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations in line with labour regulationsImplement and maintain inventory control measures, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution operationsEnforce ISO 9001 standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environmentSchedule equipment maintenance and ensure the efficient operation of all machineryBehavioural Competencies Strong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent organizational and task management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and achieve sales targetsPlease Note
