Technical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the assembly and distribution center, including sales, customer liaison, order processing, and supplier management Achieve sales, production, and delivery goals while adhering to approved budgets Oversee financial performance within budget constraints Lead and mentor staff, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations in line with labour regulations Implement and maintain inventory control measures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution operations Enforce ISO 9001 standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment Schedule equipment maintenance and ensure the efficient operation of all machinery Behavioural Competencies: Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent organizational and task management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Please Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
