Technical Sales

The Heat and Pumps Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of heat pump and HVAC solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the heat pump and HVAC market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they select the best solutions for their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our heat pump systems. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to stay updated on the latest product innovations and industry trends. Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC or renewable energy industry. Strong understanding of heat pump systems, HVAC technology, and energy efficiency solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
