What you'll do; Be part of a dynamic consultancy solving hiring challenges for fast-growing clients in AI, Health-tech, SaaS, Fintech and Crypto.
Source & Engage: Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates.
Interview Candidates: conduct screening interviews to identify the best-fit talent.
Manage the Process: Oversee inbound applications using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse).
Coordinate with hiring managers, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through the pipeline.
Communicate Effectively: Represent Move with strong verbal and written communication to candidates and clients Requirements What you'll bring to the table; Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or creative industries.
Skills: Sourcing: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Google Suite.
Interviewing: Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
Mindset: Personable, tenacious, empathetic and conscientious.
Energised by people, with a knack for persuasion and clear communication.
