Technical Manager

Provide technical support and leadership for the front-end milling team to deliver the future business model, improve alignment between the Business unit and customer requirements and raise the operational excellence for Supreme customers.
The role will continue to evolve as the various key deliverables mentioned are developed and executed.
Milling Technical Capabilities (30%) Support the Milling BU and lead the front end functional teams with regards to technical knowledge, innovation development and translating customer requirements to the Mill operations Develop and support the milling technical and innovation strategy / capabilities within the various FoodSolutions and Industrial channels. Raise the technical profile of Supreme to be recognized as the leading Milling business in these markets Customer technical support (50%) Support and develop strong relationships with strategic customers through technical support, innovation and operational excellence. FoodSolutions and Industrial Customer Quality (10%) Review and develop effective Milling operational systems to manage customer quality issues Projects (10%) Provide support and/or lead for Milling innovation and capability projects
