RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to join our client's furniture manufacturing team.
In this role, you will oversee the technical operations of the manufacturing process and ensure the delivery of high-quality furniture products.

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
You will collaborate closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to drive innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities Lead the technical operations team and manage all technical aspects of the furniture manufacturing process Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and protocols Collaborate with design teams to ensure product specifications are met Conduct regular assessments of production processes to identify areas for improvement Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet design and safety standards Train and mentor staff in technical operations and best practices Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in furniture manufacturing Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize productivity Requirements Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical management within the furniture manufacturing industry Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency Strong knowledge of furniture design and manufacturing techniques Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in CAD software and other manufacturing technologies Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Benefits Salary negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
