Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Architect robust front-end solutions using frameworks like React, ensure scalable back-end systems with Node.js or Python, and implement secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, participating in client meetings and providing technical guidance.Work with the Technical Director to resource and build tech teams, contributing to the development of in-house tools and frameworks.
What You'll Bring:
9+ years of professional development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.Expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and UX/UI standards.Experience with database design, API integration, and enterprise integration patterns.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Advocacy for automated testing and security best practices.Strong leadership and people management skills in agile environments.Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
