The ideal candidate will...Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.Experience in technical customer support or a similar role.Strong understanding of halaal certification processes and company guidelines.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and record-keeping software.Skills and Abilities:Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills to address complex ingredient issues.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
