Technical Consultant – Software ProductsLocation: North WestIndustry: ITSalary: £50000 - £60000 per annum + Pension, Gym, MedicalPosted: 13/02/2024Description:International Client is looking for a customer-facing Product Implementation Consultant/Technical Consultant. This role will suit a Software Implementation Analyst, Solutions Designer, or Application Support Engineer who is looking to get into a more Product-related role with lots of diversity. This will also allow you to become the SME (subject matter expert) for this product.You will work closely with the Business Analysis & Customer Support team on the implementation of software solutions for clients based throughout the UK. There will be weekly visits to client sites.Full product training will be provided, but any experience in Application Support or Implementation will be preferred. Good data analysis & SQL skills are required.Working as a Product Consultant / Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their business processes and inventory to prepare for the successful implementation of the product, as well as consulting on best practice application configuration and mapping of customer operations. You will work with the PMO and support teams on the creation and maintenance of customer-specific training materials and work closely with super users across the business to maximize and promote effective user adoption.Any knowledge based on Agile principles will be advantageous.Salary & Benefits: up to £60K + Pension, Medical, On-site parking with free EV charging, on-site gym, and many more.
