Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst/Developer with a strong logical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical investigations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including post-implementation activities.Ensure that processes and business rules are accurately documented and aligned with the delivery strategy.Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they meet the necessary business needs.Manage the development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery.Identify, track, report, and resolve issues with proactive root cause analysis.Consistently deliver high-quality services by applying and communicating project standards.Required Experience & Skills: SQL: 5+ years of proficiency.Unix/Linux Operating Systems: 3+ years of experience.Business Analysis: 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.Production Support: Experience in investigations, log file analysis, and root cause analysis.Reconciliations: Basic understanding.Windows and MS Office Tools: Proficiency, including Excel and Notepad++.Application Support & Investigations: Experience in this area is essential.Reporting Tools: Experience with Power BI or similar tools is preferred.Project/Time Management: Strong organizational skills are required.
