Creditors Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support a team of finance professionals. Oversee complex inter-divisional transactions and manage foreign/forex payments. Handle a large portfolio of accounts and suppliers, ensuring smooth financial operations. Spearhead the integration of updates and system changes, while providing innovative problem-solving. Prepare comprehensive audit reports. Develop and implement strategies to streamline accounting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Provide critical financial reports directly to the CFO. What You'll Need: A completed Matric and a Degree in Finance. At least 8 years of Accounts Payable experience (this is non-negotiable). 5 years experience in managing accounts payable, including overseeing a team of 10 staff. Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP BI. Hands-on experience with large supplier portfolios (1000 suppliers). A background in manufacturing or product industries is essential.
