Compile informative technical reports on all systems (TA report); reports are given to Supervisor to action, normally discussed with CSR to obtain incremental business
The report, depending on customer availability, gets discussed with the customer on-site by the analyst

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Matric (Grade 12) qualified in a relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF3, three years post apprenticeship/learnership
Computer literate
Valid driver's license
Access and familiarity with Caterpillar DSN
Job planning and successful execution
SIS2.0 navigation and familiarity
7 years qualified trade experience
Fluent schematic reading (Electrical & Hydraulic)
