Reports to Ops Mngr: WGS, Citrix, File, Prt, Term ServJob Grade/Level: OP1Core DescriptionTo support customer technical solutions and provide general technical support on customer systems. Support Wintel solutions, including work group services (i.e., File and Print). This includes oversight of the evaluation, building, and support of these solutions to transform IT and realize the digitalization journey for our clients.Key Deliverables / Primary FunctionsCoordinate the running and maintenance of Wintel solutions and infrastructure in alignment with high levels of quality, standards, and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, service level parameters, or contracts.Provide input to develop and manage the implementation of processes and procedures to maintain or recover the delivery of systems and services in the event of any physical, technical, or environmental disaster or major outage, providing continuity of service to customers.Participate in multiple, large-scale, concurrent projects to successful completion in accordance with scope, budget, and service level agreements.Coordinate the identification and mitigation of strategic risk within the File and Print team.Collaborate and engage optimally between BCX Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and networks with strategic partners, customers, and vendors to create market dominance.Contribute to the overall team effectiveness through technical contributions, customer focus, and teamwork.Drive a proactive culture to reduce common causes of operational problems.Core Functional Skills & CapabilitiesSystem AdministrationTroubleshootingProblem SolvingCustomer ServiceAnalytical SkillsCore Behavioural CompetenciesCulture MatchJob MatchFollowing Instructions & ProceduresDeciding & Initiating ActionWorking with PeopleApplying Expertise & TechnologyMinimum QualificationsNQF 4: Grade 12 National DiplomaExperience2 years' experience in Wintel solutions (File and Print)Special Requirements / Employment ConditionValid Driver's LicenseAbility to work extended/long hours as and when required
