Key responsibilities:Effectively manage the team to ensure service delivery standards are met.Immediately address any challenges the agents might face which may impact productivity.Coach and mentor, the teamsRegular performance reviews to ensure KPI's are met andDaily management of absenteeism and attendanceBuild rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.Maintain sound client relations.Create and submit the necessary reporting on time.Regularly connect with management where support is needed.Technical abilities in customer serviceMinimum Requirements:Must have worked night shift before.Must have worked with American clients.MS Office literateExcellent communication both verbal and written.Must have own transportWe will only consider applications from candidates who have worked on a USA campaign before.Â
