To provide a proficient reception function in support of the Branch team. To identify the customer's needs, record, monitor and facilitate the intermediate between the customer and the sales consultant team and to maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications FAIS Qualification (NQF 6 or above Aligned Qualifications)RE5ExperienceSales and Service3-4 years Previous experience in the front line.Knowledge of retail and business products required for understanding the context of stated client demands.Knowledge of the procedures and the interdependencies of the various functions performed in Branch.
